My name is Rakesh Rani Arora, and I am 57 years old. I live in Rohtak, Haryana. I’m sharing my health journey with you today.
Before joining the Eat Fruit and Heal group, I suffered from numerous health problems. I experienced frequent stomach upset, alternating between diarrhea and constipation. Furthermore, I had gallstones and a kidney problem, for which I have ultrasound reports to confirm. I desperately sought a natural, medication-free path to recovery. Since joining Eat Fruit and Heal, I’ve been amazed by the dramatic improvement in my health. I’ve lost 10-13 kilograms and resolved many of my health issues. I feel lighter and mentally calmer. Remarkably, following this fruit-based diet eliminated my gallstones and resolved my kidney problem.
