Reversed Bronchitis and Perimenopause issues
Rupali Patil (M. 9145773110 ) I’m Rupali Patil, a 47-year-old who has lived through years of battling various health issues, ultimately discovering the power of healing through a fruit-based diet. My health challenges began early on with sinusitis, but I never relied on medications in my childhood. However, after marriage, I found myself turning to medications for nearly every little ailment, and that’s when my real health struggles began. My persistent issues started with constant nasal congestion and a runny nose. I tried everything — homeopathy, Ayurvedic remedies, and other treatments — but nothing worked long-term. Eventually, I consulted a specialist who diagnosed me with allergic bronchitis after a lung capacity test showed that my lung function was less than half of what it should be. I was prescribed Foracort 400 Rotacaps twice a day to manage my symptoms. Later, as my condition seemed to worsen, I began taking cetirizine for my allergies, then moved on to levocetirizine, and finally a combination of montelukast and levocetirizine. But the runny nose and congestion persisted. I was advised to wear a mask while cooking and, eventually, my Rotacap dose was reduced to 200. Over time, new health issues emerged. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure as a side effect of these medications and was prescribed Telmikind 20. I felt trapped in a cycle of medications, each leading to another health issue. Then, I was inspired by my daughter, Prajakta, who managed to reverse her PCOD through a fruit diet. She urged me to try it, and so I started with two days on just fruits. But I felt intense body pain and dizziness, and I had to take a break. Within days, however, I experienced a detox reaction—fever, runny nose, cough, and body aches—which Prajakta encouraged me to endure without medications. For ten days, I endured these symptoms and realized my breathing was improving. I stopped taking my bronchitis medications and blood pressure pills, and after those ten days, my blood pressure remained stable, even without the medication. I decided to continue the fruit diet for 30 days. It was a challenging journey but also incredibly transformative; for the first time, I felt free from allergic bronchitis. Six months later, I faced new challenges related to perimenopause, including prolonged, heavy bleeding and dysmenorrhea. I experienced extreme fatigue and was advised to consider either an IUD or a hysterectomy to manage the bleeding. I chose the IUD but later regretted it, especially when Prajakta questioned the decision. I returned to my doctor to have the device removed and went back to a strict fruit diet. Although I experienced withdrawal bleeding initially, my cycle soon normalized. My pain disappeared, and my menstrual health improved without further interventions. Throughout this journey, I experienced a range of detox symptoms: fever, vomiting, loose motions, and a persistent runny nose. But with the unwavering support of Prajakta and Gaurav Sir, who encouraged me to trust in my body’s ability to heal, I persevered. Today, I am free from the many health challenges that once controlled my life, including allergic bronchitis and menstrual issues. My uterus is healthy, and I never had to undergo surgery. I am now a committed vegan and continue to embrace a fruit-based lifestyle. I’m incredibly grateful for the support that helped me discover my body’s potential to heal itself. My journey taught me that with the right food and intentions, true healing is possible. I hope my story inspires others to explore this path and witness the power of nature’s gifts.
