Back Pain

From PCOD to Conceiving Naturally and FRUITARIAN PREGNANCY with Natural Birthing

Dietitian Ayushi Shukla (M. +91 98931 02416) My health journey began at the age of 32 after a road accident left me unconscious for a while. This was followed by persistent headaches and eye pain. Due to a broken bone, I was prescribed calcium and advised to increase protein intake, which led me to consume more eggs and dairy. Over time, however, I began feeling lethargic and fatigued. In addition to the pain from my injuries, I developed back and leg pain. Despite following medical advice and taking daily pills, I felt no real improvement. As a Dietitian, I was troubled by my worsening health. How could I guide others when my own health was deteriorating? I also developed multiple ovarian cysts, with one measuring 7 x 4 cm, painful periods, low hemoglobin, backaches, and constant headaches. In my search for natural solutions, I stumbled upon detoxing videos online and eventually received an invitation to join the “Eat Fruits and Heal” group. At first, I was skeptical about the idea of a fruitarian diet. It was a term I had never encountered before. However, after attending several Zoom sessions with Gaurav Goyal Sir, where health seekers shared their experiences, I became intrigued and decided to start my own journey on August 15, 2022. The initial days were challenging. I faced detox symptoms like headaches, dizziness, blackouts, and extreme weakness. My body was cleansing itself, leading to stomach aches and loose motions, so I drank only water for a day. Despite the discomfort, I continued eating only fruits for a month, still unsure if this was the right approach. Then, I experienced a high fever (102-103°F) as part of the detox. I refrained from taking any medicine, relying only on water. My body ached intensely, and my headache reached a level I had never experienced before. But after just 3 hours of sleep, something miraculous happened. I woke up with no pain in my body, no headache, and no fever. My skin was glowing, and I felt an incredible sense of healing. This experience completely shifted my perspective on natural food and health. It helped me realize how misguided I had been with conventional knowledge about nutrition and health. I repeated an ultrasound to check on my ovarian cysts, and to my surprise, one ovary was completely free of cysts, and only a small cyst remained on the other side. The reports were a testament to the amazing healing power of nature — without any medications, herbs, or supplements. Within a month, I was free from my health issues, and my hemoglobin levels had also improved. I felt true health and happiness. After experiencing the benefits of the fruitarian diet, I conceived naturally. During my pregnancy, I chose not to take any toxic supplements like iron, calcium, or folic acid. Instead, I continued the fruit diet throughout the 9 months. I traveled to Gangtok, Sikkim, in my first trimester, enjoyed hikes and carrying loads while eating fruits like melons and berries. There was no nausea, vomiting, or cravings for spicy or processed foods. In fact, my body rejected the smell of cooked food, and I felt full of energy on Fruits. In the second trimester, I continued eating mostly fruits, with occasional green vegetables. Unlike my previous pregnancies, I experienced no breathlessness, back pain, or mood swings. I felt calm, relaxed, and in tune with my body. One of the most amazing things was feeling my baby’s movements much earlier, starting in the 4th month of pregnancy. The third trimester was a blissful experience. While symptoms like acid reflux, hemorrhoids, and shortness of breath are considered normal in many pregnancies, I didn’t experience any of these. Instead, I enjoyed sound sleep, good digestion, no swelling, and healthy weight gain for my baby. I stayed physically active throughout. My Hemoglobin levels lowered to 9.6 but that’s something which happens in pregnancy and within a month they increased to 10.9 which was sufficient. I didn’t do anything special for increasing iron levels simply continued eating Fruits. My fruitarian pregnancy was simple and natural: with plenty and plenty of juicy fruits, natural water, barefoot walks on grass, exercise, and sunbathing. There were no hospital visits or harmful chemicals involved. When the time came, the contractions started just hours before delivery, with mild, bearable pain. This was totally astonishing for me. Finally I gave birth naturally, with a lotus birth where the cord wasn’t cut. The baby cried and breastfed immediately and stayed with me. It’s just like a dream come true. He is now 9 months old, thriving as a fruitarian baby born to a fruitarian mother. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqgEviyjkDU&list=PLpb2LUjF1RbOfH0jkwPy0lxpsO9OZ8nUd&index=3
