Ankylosing Spondylitis

Satyanarayan Malav (M. +91 95496 42506) I am Satyanarayan Malav, and I’m from Kota, Rajasthan. I have been suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis for the past 15 years. Despite trying various treatments, I was exhausted. I followed the NDS protocol for one year, taking green juice and enemas, but there was no improvement. After that, I found a link to EFH on the NDS website. Thinking I had tried everything, I decided to give it a last shot. I started watching videos on YouTube about fruit diets and veganism. After adopting the fruit diet and becoming vegan, I started feeling much better within a month. Before this, I used to walk with a walker; now I’m much better. It’s been about five months since I’ve been following the fruit diet.

After connecting with them, I started a fruit diet from June 22, 2024. I regularly joined Zoom meetings after which my family stopped non-veg and milk products and became vegan. After this, I started feeling much better. I couldn’t even sit properly before, but now I can walk.
