Eczema/Skin Issues Testimonials

Ate Fruits instead of Biopsy and chose a Healthy Lifestyle

I am Aabha Borle, 23-years-old from Mumbai. For over 7 years, I struggled with eczema. I visited doctors who prescribed steroid treatments that initially helped but eventually lost their effectiveness. Each time my eczema flared up again, the doctors increased the dosage, but even with stronger steroids, my scars persisted, and the itching remained. Desperate for relief, I switched to natural remedies, like using coconut oil, and quit all eczema medications—yet saw no improvement.

In 2020, I developed an infection in my breast. With medication, it cleared up but unfortunately reappeared in 2023. This time, after another round of ineffective treatment, I was advised to get a sono mammography done. The reports indicated periductal abscess vs intraductal papilloma, and a biopsy was recommended to rule out cancer.

My mom suggested that I join ‘Eat Fruits and Heal,’ as she had been following it for a very long time and had seen a lot of benefits. I connected with Ayushi ji and, with deep motivation and commitment, began my journey in August 2023.

Within a month, I started noticing a lot of positive changes in my body. My eczema scars faded, I lost weight, and I felt light and productive throughout the day. My sleep, which had been a struggle, also improved significantly. Now, over 90 days into this journey, I am still healing but feel a remarkable transformation. My body feels healthier, and I am deeply grateful for this.

Participating in sessions, staying connected with mentors, and reading the stories and testimonials of those who healed themselves from so-called “incurable” diseases have kept me motivated and determined. I’ve come to realize that healing isn’t just about diet; it’s about nurturing a positive mindset and surrounding yourself with supportive people.

With strong willpower and consistency, we can achieve good health and well-being. I am looking forward to continuing on this journey and sharing my experiences with others who may be struggling.
