There was lots of pain and suffering in terms of physical and mental health, and I always had these questions in mind, what wrong had I done to someone or what pain had I given to anybody else that I have so many sufferings. I came in contact with spiritual gurus (who were themselves unhealthy). They said that human sufferings are past life karma and had to be undergone and one must do chanting/nam japa etc. to reduce sufferings and also taught atma-parmatma philosophy.

My innocent inner child was not ready to accept this knowledge and remain in an unhealthy body with so many diseases. I thought that there was something missing . And I don’t know why but I was sure and confident that there exists right knowledge which will definitely reduce or remove 100% suffering. Through a fruit diet I finally recovered from Rheumatoid Arthritis after eating fruits for 1 year. Now, I am living a pain free life and I have completed 2 years on a fruit diet.
