My name is Ramesh Dandgule, from Gulbarga district, Karnataka. I have been suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis for the past 12 years. I had previously tried Allopathic and Ayurvedic medicines, but I found no relief. After connecting with them, I started a fruit diet from June 22, 2024. I regularly joined Zoom meetings after which my family stopped non-veg and milk products and became vegan. After this, I started feeling much better. I couldn’t even sit properly before, but now I can walk.
